Cement hydration heat analyzerProduct Introduction
This machine has the advantages of small footprint, easy operation, beautiful appearance, and high precision. It is mainly used to determine the heat of dissolution of cement in a certain concentration of standard acid before and after hydration, and to determine the hydration heat of cement at any age by the difference between the two. The product meets the requirements of GB/T 12959 standard.

precautions
When calibrating the Beckman thermometer to "0", adjusting the temperature of the acid solution, measuring the room temperature, and measuring the temperature of the water tank, the same standard precision thermometer (with a grid value of 0.1 ℃) should be used. Or two thermometers with known differences, but one of them must prevail.
To ensure that the upper and lower limits of the Beckman thermometer can read the test data, it is recommended to adjust the temperature of the acid solution to a certain value between 12.7-13 ℃, which is empirical data and will be used as the standard for every subsequent test.
3. Temperature in the laboratorymustControl at 20 ± 1 ℃. It is recommended to place the instruments and experimental materials (hydrofluoric acid, zinc oxide, or cement) in a constant temperature chamberA certain 20±1℃ ofstabilityIn the environmentWhen substituting into the formula, use this room temperature as the reference.
Based on the structural characteristics of the Beckman thermometer, it is recommended to place it in an environment below 21 ℃ after adjusting the "0" position, which can keep the "0" position unchanged and save the trouble of calibrating it next time. Please note: Do not invert this thermometer!
During the experimental process:
5.1 The mastery of time must be precise, especially after entering the initial testing period. When reading the data of "θ o, θ a, θ b", it is required to "read it when it arrives".
5.2 Reading the indication value of the Beckman thermometer must also be correct. The scale line seen in the magnifying glass must not be bent, but must be a straight line and read to 0.001 ℃.
Only in this way can accurate and reliable data be obtained.
Any partial improvements to the instrument will not be explained separately
